We sell non-prescription cosmetic contact lenses designed solely to change the appearance of your eyes. They are available in a variety of colors and patterns.
Yes, our lenses are made with high-quality materials and comply with European safety standards. However, it is important to follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions to avoid infection or irritation.
We recommend choosing a color that complements your natural skin tone and eye color. You can also consult our color guide to help you make your choice or contact us
Our lenses can be worn up to 8 hours a day. They are designed for daily use for one month, after which they should be replaced.
Returns - Refunds
No Return and No Refund Policy :
Due to the specific and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds after purchase. All sales of contact lenses are final.
Exceptions :
- Defective or damaged products upon delivery: In case of receipt of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a possible resolution.
- Order error: If the error is due to our fault, we will examine each case individually to find a satisfactory solution.
- Exchange: an exchange is possible if the color does not please you (the item must not be used or opened) it is possible to return the package to us at your expense for an exchange or a refund. You will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, otherwise no refund or exchange will be possible.
Claim Process :

- Provide a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, supporting photos.
Livraisons :
In case you have not received your order and the tracking number says it is delivered, a package is returned if you took delivery with signature.
No refund possible, only return of the order. If you took without signature, there is no insurance, therefore no compensation.
In case the tracking number says the package is blocked and it does not say delivered, we will resend you a package at our expense.
DELIVERY
For deliveries in France, we offer the following options:
- Tracked letter - Sent within 2 to 3 days: €2.50
- Tracked (with signature) - 48 to 72 hours: €5.00
- Mondial Relais (relay point) - 3 to 5 days: €5.00
Yes, we ship internationally. Here are our options:
- Tracked letter (without signature) - 10 to 15 days: €6.50
- Tracked (with signature) - 10 to 15 days: €25.00
For European Union countries, we offer:
- To a relay point: €6.00
- Tracked letter (without signature) - 7 days: €5.20
- Tracked (with signature) - 7 days: €10.00
