Article 1: Preamble These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions carried out on the Ashuna Shop website, using the Shopify platform. The purchase of any product implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 2: Orders Orders can be placed online via our Shopify site. Each order is confirmed by a summary email. Ashuna Shop reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Article 5: Delivery We deliver our products in France and internationally via Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, or any other service provider indicated on our site. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

Article 6: Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of their order.

Article 7: Guarantees and Returns In the event of defective or non-compliant products, customers can request a refund or exchange under certain conditions detailed on our site.
